It all started one quiet afternoon over a traditional Argentine mate session. My husband and I were reminiscing about our home city, Mendoza, Argentina. We found ourselves longing for the unique, vibrant flavors of our childhood—those subtle notes and textures that define our culture. We wondered: How could we bring a piece of Mendoza to Florida?

From that question, Napo Alfajor Artesanal was born.
