Due to the perishable nature of our handmade alfajores, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the product and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
